Born in Rzeszów. Graduate Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw with honors. Studied at the International Opera Studio in Zurich.

He has also performed in opera performances in Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Austria, etc. He has performed under the baton of famous conductors for example: Stefan Soltesz, Günter Neuhold, Ivan Törzs. He has received numerous awards: Ada Sari, Verviers (Belgium), a two-year fellowship of the Ministry of Culture and Art. He cooperated with the Teatr Wielki in Warsaw, Polish Radio, Südwestfunk in Germany, and TVP 1 and TVP 2. In 2007 he sang with great success the Stefan party in the opera “The Horrible Mansion” in Chicago. He has performed numerous tours in China singing opera performances and concerts in Beijing, Wuhan, Changsha (2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017).

In 2005 he has habilitated at the Music Academy in Łódź. In 2005 he completed his studies in clinical psychology at the University of Warsaw with excellent results. He is the author of the program of rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease by breathing exercises and vocal.

In 2011 together with the originator prof. Katarzyna Jankowska-Borzykowska created International Songs Study at FCUM in Warsaw.

In 2013 the President of the Republic of Poland Bronisław Komorowski gave him the title of professor of musical arts.

He has been teaching for many years at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music. He also collaborated with the University of Rzeszów and Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He run many masterclasses in: Istanbul, Linz, Bari, Catania, Valencia, Beijing, Wuhan, etc. For many years he run masterclasses at the “Chopin Górecki” festival.

In 2015 he was jury of the International Contest for them Bellini in Catania, Italy, where he also taught masterclasses.

In 2015 he received a medal from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage — Merit for Polish Culture. In 2016 he was awarded the 1st Rector’s Award (collective, for the creation of the Interfaculty Studies of Songs).

In 2016 he sang in the premiere of the Alfred party in G.Verdi’s “La Traviata” opera in Beijing (in an international cast). In 2017 he led the championship classes in Valencia and Beijing.

Many of the professor’s students and graduates received prizes at national and international competitions.
