RENTING AN INSTRUMENT

To rent an instrument you need to:

1. Download an instrument rental application in room 237 or from the website and select the appropriate instrument.
2. Fill out the application and collect the necessary signatures in the order STUDENT → PEDAGOGUE → DEAN → RECTOR.
3. Wait to be contacted by the Stage Service Office to arrange a date for preparation and signing of the contract and invoice.
4. Pay the instrument rental fee in advance (account number on the invoice) and the deposit (account number on the contract) and provide proof of payment to the Stage Service Office (room 237).
The instrument will then be issued

RETURN OF THE INSTRUMENT

1. Downloading the instrument condition assessment form in room 237 or from the website.
2. Filling out the instrument condition assessment form with an educator and delivering it with the instrument to the Stage Service Office (room 237).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. The contract is valid from 1.10 to 30.09 of the following year.
2. Amount of monthly rental - according to the price list
3. Amount of one-time refundable deposit - according to the price list
4. If the value of the instrument exceeds PLN 10,000, a statement from the guarantors (two UMFC students or one UMFC pedagogue) is required.
