Jakub Hutek

choral conducting

Assistant at the Chair of Music Education, holding the function of Secretary of the Chair. He completed studies in theoretical and applied musicology at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. He has taken up studies in choir conducting at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, and in pedagogy at the University of Warsaw.

Jakub Hutek’s scholarly interests focus around a widely understood pedagogy and music pedagogy, especially music activity of elderly persons. He conducts a women’s choir at the Praga Sanctuary of the Sick in Warsaw.
