She has also recorded for television, given “live” recitals and recorded for documentaries. Her recording with Jerzy Artysz was awarded the title “Recording of the Year 1990”. Katarzyna Jankowska-Borzykowska has also recorded many CDs. She and the mezzo-soprano Urszula Kryger are laureates of the “Fryderyki 2001” award for K. Szymanowski’s songs. She records for many record companies: Tonnpress, DUX, the Japanese Pony Canyon Inc. and several German companies.

Katarzyna Jankowska-Borzykowska has frequently attended national and international master courses where she has collaborated with such outstanding musicians and teachers as cellists Kazimierz Wiłkomirski, Kazimierz Michalik, Ivan Monigetti, Daniel Szafran and Ivan Salo and the singer Teresa Żylis-Gara. She has participated in International Competitions (W. Lutosławski, St. Moniuszko) where she has been awarded honourable mention. She has accompanied young, gifted singers and instrumentalists at numerous competitions including some of the most important ones, e.g., the P. Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow, the J. Brahms Competition in Hamburg, the Munich “Radio”, “Geneva” and “Eurovision Competitions”.

Katarzyna Jankowska-Borzykowska has taught at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, her alma mater, for many years. She has been a professor there since 2007.
