Katarzyna Sempolska

physical culture

A graduate of the Józef Piłsudski Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw. She completed her bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Physical Education, master's degree with a specialization in Recreation and Tourism (2001) and Ph.D (2009). Participant of postgraduate studies in Dietary Counseling at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (2002). 

A long-time employee of the Department of Physiology (AWF Warszawa) and an assistant professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences (UITM Warsaw). Fitness, swimming and bodybuilding instructor, pilates teacher, breathing and relaxation training specialist. Passionate about health training. At the UMFC, he conducts classes at the Faculty of Dance in anatomy and physiology, corrective gymnastics, supporting techniques, PE- healthy spine and PE -mental and physical preparation for the profession of a musician.
