At the invitation of Minzu University of China in Beijing, the authorities of the Department of Dance, consisting of Dean Klaudia Carlos-Machej, PhD, Prof. UMFC, and Head of the Department of Dance Beata Książkiewicz, PhD, Prof. UMFC, held a study visit on April 15-17.

The meeting with representatives of the Department of Dance, headed by Dean Prof. Tiehong Jiang, was an opportunity to discuss the establishment of cooperation between universities, the exchange of experience in education and artistic projects. The delegation observed classes in classical, contemporary and folklore dance techniques, during which dances of national minorities were presented.  Monika Karpinska, plenipotentiary of the Rector of the UMFC and translator of the Chinese language, attended the meeting.
