Charging fees

The rules of charging fees for first-cycle and second-cycle studies 2023/2024, including in particular the deadlines for their payment, are regulated by Regulation No. 6/2023 of the Rector of the UMFC of 25 April 2022 on the changes in the price list to fees for educational services and certain other fees at the Chopin University of Music in the academic year 2023/2024.

The rules of charging fees for first-cycle and second-cycle studies, including in particular the deadlines for their payment, are regulated by Regulation No. 16/2022 of the Rector of the UMFC of 29 April 2022 on the changes in the price list to fees for educational services and certain other fees at the Chopin University of Music in the academic year 2022/2023.

As a student, you can apply for total or partial exemption from fees for educational services and for their payment in installments or extension of the deadline for paying these fees. Detailed conditions for exemption from fees or their distribution into installments are set out in Regulation No. 15/2021 of the Rector of the UMFC of 24 March 2021 on the principles of charging fees and the conditions and procedure for exemption from fees for educational services and other fees at the Chopin University of Music.

The rules for charging room rental fees at UMFC are governed by the Regulation No. 23/2023 dated April 20, 2023 with Attachment.

Submit your application to the dean of your faculty no later than 14 days before the start of the classes you refer to. Please note that for applications motivated by outstanding academic performance or participation in international scholarship programs, the deadline is 3 months. You may appeal against the dean's decision to the Rector of the UMFC within 14 days of its delivery. The decision of the Rector of the UMFC is final and cannot be appealed against.
