BIAŁYSTOK PEDAGOGICAL-MUSIC STUDIES

Białystok Pedagogical and Musical Studies, is a collective publication of authors associated with a branch of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music's Department of Instrumental and Pedagogical Studies in Białystok, launched in 2010. After nine years, the title has been reactivated and refreshed. Subsequent volumes are published once a year, under the substantive supervision of selected pedagogues of the Białystok branch of the UMFC.

The multidirectional structure of the Instrumental and Pedagogical Department is reflected in the thematic range of individual texts, which are the result of research explorations and the aftermath of conferences, scientific and artistic sessions and meetings. They focus on such areas as instrumental pedagogy, vocal pedagogy, choral studies, art education. Materials are published in Polish; the table of contents, abstracts of articles, key words and authors' biographies are additionally translated into English. Texts reviewed in double-blind review mode, i.e. during the review process, authors and reviewers do not know each other's identities.
