A native of Sosnowiec, he is a music recording director. He began his studies at Faculty VI of the UMFC in 1998. He is a graduate of Prof. K.Diakon's class and Prof. A.Lupa's class in the specialty of music recording engineering and Prof. M.Lewandowska's additional specialty of sound direction in film. As of 2022, he is the head of the Recording Department at the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice. As a freelancer, he cooperates with Polish and foreign phonographic publishers (CD Accord, DUX, Acte Préalable, ForTune, Divine Art Recording Group, Dacapo, Aparte Music) realizing recordings of chamber, baroque and symphonic music. His interests at the intersection of radio theater, sound illustration and new technologies in music composition resulted in his doctoral dissertation on quadraphonic "Sound Cinema" as an alternative form of radio drama.
