Agata Pankowska

Dancer, performer, piano improviser. She graduated from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, Warsaw, Poland with a master’s degree both in Eurythmics and in Dance Theory and Choreography, and completed the Professional Dance Training Program Art Factory International VIII, Bologna, Italy. She’s performed with such dance companies as Zawirowania Dance Theater, Extraleben Company, Warsaw Dance Theater, and Polish National Opera.  She’s toured with various projects in Poland, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Portugal, Italy, and Georgia. She co-founded the group MusicDance Project. She is a piano improviser, performing with the Musical Improv project and the Warsaw Comedy Club. In 2018, she received the “Młoda Polska” scholarship from the Polish Minister of Culture and National Heritage. She applies her musical and dance experience lecturing at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music since 2015.
