The Threek TRIO is an accordion trio co-created by Krzysztof Polnik, Kacper Batycki and Kacper Kaczmarek. The ensemble’s artistic quality is confirmed by main prizes they win in international competitions.

The album Musical Seasons was created with the aim of presenting world music masterpieces in new, innovative arrangements for three accordions, allowing you to discover well-known compositions from a completely new perspective. A look at pieces by Bacewicz, Vivaldi, Grieg, Tchaikovsky or Kilar through the lens of three accordions shows their multidimensional nature and beauty anew. It is also an invitation to explore the technical and sonic capabilities of the accordion trio.

The album’s repertoire is presented in chronological order. The title Musical Seasons not only refers to the first piece, but also emphasises the diversity of the selected compositions in the context of classical music eras, from the Baroque to the 20^th century.
