Graduate of the Warsaw Academy of Music's Vocal and Acting Department and the University of Warsaw's Management of Cultural Institutions major. Since 1991, he has been a soloist at the Grand Theater of the National Opera. Laureate of Polish and international vocal competitions. During his 30-year artistic career, he has performed on all opera and philharmonic stages in Poland and many around the world. His repertoire includes about 70 opera parts and as many oratorio and cantata parts. During nearly 2,000 performances, he has had the honor of singing in the company of the leading Polish vocalists, the most renowned conductors and the best Polish directors. His unusual achievements include performing all of Krzysztof Penderecki's oratorio works under the direction of the composer. Since 2014, he has been a pedagogue at the F. Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz and the Branch of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Białystok. Chairman and jury member of national vocal competitions, as well as creator and director of the Bogdan Paprocki Vocal Competition in Bydgoszcz. Winner of the first edition of the "Ad Astra" award of the Minister of Culture and Arts. In 2012 he received the Silver Medal for Merit to Culture "Gloria Artis" from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage and the "Honoris Gratia" Badge from the President of Cracow.
