Recruitment of tasks

Dear all,
we inform you that the call for scientific and publishing tasks for 2026 has been launched. The selection procedure takes place via the Forms form after logging into your account at chopin.edu.pl.

Below are the actions that should be undertaken by a research and teaching staff member as well as by the department head.

Research-focused academic staff (assistant, associate professor, professor):
1. Gets familiar with the document "Requirements for obtaining a positive opinion of the Academic Council".
2. Gets familiar with the instructions on how to save and edit the form responses contained on forms.office.com. The best is to keep the instructions open while completing the survey.
3. Completes and submits the form "Task and financial plan 2026 – EMPLOYER” - link to the form.

Task and Financial Plan 2026 EMPLOYEE – Fill in the form

4. The deadline for the employee to submit the form is January 15th, 2026, at 11:59 p.m

Head of Department:
1. Gets familiar with the document “Reviewing Scientific Plans”
2. By January 22, 2026, receives the tasks submitted by the department employees (completed “Task and Financial Plan 2026 – EMPLOYEE” forms in PDF format) and the document "[NAME OF DEPARTMENT]. Task and Financial Plan 2026 – HEAD," on the basis of which he/she reviews the department's task and financial plan for 2026. The tasks submitted by the department staff and the form intended for the head will be made available
3. The completed Task and Financial Plan 2026 – HEAD is printed, signed and submitted to the office of the Vice-Rector for Science.

The deadline for the head of the department to submit the form is 30 January 2026.
