Artistic and Academic Circle of Choir Conducting Students

The Artistic and Academic Circle of Choir Conducting Students has operated since 2015 attached to the Chair of Choir Conducting.
Each year, the Board of the circle organises numerous meetings, workshop, discussion panels and concerts. The most spectacular project is the cycle of concerts entitled “Inter-Department Concert of Contemporary Choir Music”, which presents works by students from the Department of Composition and Theory of Music and The Department of Choir Conducting and Choir Vocal Studies, Music Education and Rhythmics performed by the ensemble comprised of students from both Departments. Four editions of the cycle have been held so far. The circle’s academic supervisor is dr Tomasz Hynek.
